Any player who wishes to play for any club OTHER than the club with
which the player is registered must have a letter giving permission
to do so. ALL transfers MUST be in writing and MUST be signed by
the player concerned and forwarded to the State Secretary.
Affliation fees must be received by the State Secretary prior
to any player participating at a practice or tournament.
